Terms & Conditions
Last Updated: May 13, 2026 • Effective upon access to tickerpeeker.com
1. Educational Utility Acknowledgment
TickerPeeker operates strictly as an educational data aggregation and mathematical simulation software utility. We are not a registered broker-dealer, investment advisor, or financial planner. None of the data, tables, output metrics, or rebalancing trajectories displayed on this website constitute personalized investment advice, endorsements, or solicitations to buy or sell any financial instrument.
2. Sourced Data Integrity & Delays
Our backend systems programmatically parse public domain records directly from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) EDGAR system pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 105. While we strive for near-instant caching execution, users explicitly acknowledge that external reporting entities (Congressional filers, institutional hedge funds) frequently submit delayed, amended, or restated disclosures. TickerPeeker makes no warranties regarding the absolute accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of cached data rows.
3. Absolute Limitation of Liability
By utilizing our standalone compounding calculators or smart money tracking dashboards, you accept total, unmitigated responsibility for your own portfolio allocation decisions. Under no circumstances shall TickerPeeker, its founders, or upstream hosting providers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential financial losses, tax liabilities, or trading slippage resulting from reliance on platform data outputs.
4. SaaS Subscriptions & Billing Perimeter
Premium accounts are managed securely via third-party infrastructure (Stripe). By converting to a Pro tier, you authorize recurring monthly or annual subscription charges. Subscriptions may be canceled at any time via your self-serve client dashboard. Due to the digital software nature of our utility suites, partial-month refunds are strictly unavailable.
5. Acceptable Platform Access
Users agree to access cached visual tables exclusively via standard web browser interactions. Automated scraping, aggressive payload querying, or reverse-engineering native PHP processing endpoints without explicit administrative authorization will trigger immediate IP termination and permanent account revocation.
